This BCS-ISEB certificate is based on the ITIL best practice guide ICT Infrastructure Management. Successful achievement of the Certificate will enable candidates to demonstrate knowledge and application of the processes required to manage an ICT Infrastructure, and define the interfaces and dependencies with all other areas involved in the specification, design, development, support, delivery and continuous improvement of ICT services.
Audience:
The courses will be of benefit to IT professionals who are responsible or potentially responsible for the management of ICT infrastructure, including design and planning, deployment, operations and technical support.

- 16 students maximum
- Course runs 08:30 - 5:00 each day
Prerequisites:
None, although a familiarity with IT service delivery will be beneficial.

Students receive a copy of the classroom presentation material
About the Examination:
- Accredited Foundation training is strongly recommended but not a prerequisite.
- The exam is an open book, three-hour written examination based on a case study. This will include one mandatory question worth 40% and three optional questions worth 20%.
- Candidates have to achieve 50% or more to be awarded a pass. To achieve a Distinction, a candidate must achieve 65%.
