People: Assess and ensure that adequate capabilities, roles and responsibilities are available to reflect the need for sustainability in the information age.

Process: Review the key business processes, policies, reporting metrics, and the inter-dependencies necessary to achieve optimal performance.

Technology: This is not an in-depth technology assessment, but rather a review of the key points where people, process, and technology meet to assess potential improvement opportunities. Ensure that all technology components leveraged by the company’s internal and external Customers are performing optimally and reliably to support a productive and highly effective user experience.
